Looking for a fun night out? Kara's 'Art by the Glass' evening painting sessions are the perfect place to unwind, enjoy popular upbeat music, get creative, and have fun.

 

Kara will easily take you from a blank canvas to your own masterpiece, when she guides you step-by-step, in recreating her original designs/paintings.  The best part...No previous experience necessary! Seriously!

Whatever the occasion, let us help you put a creative spin on the celebration.

• Perfect for any occasion (baby shower, bachelorette party, birthday party, staff social, girls night out, date night, etc), 

• Enjoy our studio all to yourselves

• Choose a project from our large menu of projects or commission a new painting / project especially for the occasion

• Order from our in-house buffet menu or arrange your own catering

• 2.5 - 3 hours of creative fun

• 6 painters minimum / 24 painters maximum

   

  H ow it works:

1. Book your Date & Pay your Private Party Fee...

   • Contact us to see if your desired date and time slot is available

     • Weekday sessions - Tuesday to Friday; choose any start-time between 11am and 2pm

     • Weeknight sessions - Tuesday to Friday; 6:30pm to 9:30pm

     • Weekend sessions - Saturday choose any start-time between 10:30am and 1:30pm or 6:30pm to 9:30pm & Sundays from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

   • A Private Party Fee of KYD$100 is required for a private event.  This allows you to close the studio & gift shop from the public and keep the space exclusively for your event. This fee is non-refundable and separate and apart from the cover charge per person and is due at the time of booking.

2. Choose from our available packages...

   • Cafe Picasso - $50 cover charge per painter. Includes all painting supplies, art instruction from our artist, plus our in-house buffet. As us for a copy of our in-house menu options. Note: This package is ONLY available with canvas & glassware painting projects.

   • Studio DiVinci - $40 cover charge per painter. Includes all paint supplies and art instruction from your artist. You provide your own catering.​​​​​ Note: This package is ONLY available with canvas & glassware painting projects.

   • Open Studio (Woodwork) - price ranges from $35 - $65 per project.  You choose your woodwork project (includes all painting supplies and guidance from our artists). You provide your own catering.

3. ​Select a project from our large CREATIVE PROJECTS MENU. 

   • View all the options available in our Canvas Painting Gallery (here) or check out our DIY Woodwork Gallery (here).  You can also have us custom design something especially for the occasion or the theme of your event. There is a $50 fee for us to design something unique.​

4. On the day of your event...

• Arrive​ 1.5 to 2 hours beforehand to decorate & setup. Our "Buffet Bar" & "Hydration Station" are available for you to set out food and beverages, if you wish to provide your own catering. Additional tables are available for gifts, party favors, etc.

• We allow 30-40 minutes after the event, for clean-up

• Note: There is a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes your instructor is delayed in starting the party.

• The remaining balance for your event will be due on arrival.

If your guest list is 25 or more painters, then consider an Art By the Glass-to-Gogh party.
